Harvey Weinstein has been immediately jailed after being found guilty of sexual assaults.
Weinstein could spend 25 years behind bars and he must remain in jail until his upcoming sentencing on March 11.
The Hollywood producer was convicted of sexual assault in the first degree and third-degree rape at his trial in New York City.
Weinstein was convicted of sexually assaulting former production assistant Mimi Haleyi in 2006 and raping aspiring actress Jessica Mann in 2013.
Weinstein was cleared of the two most serious charges of predatory sexual assault.
On Wednesday, jurors in Weinstein’s r.a.p.e trial appeared to take a methodical approach in their deliberations.
Jurors were asked to review testimony from a former production assistant who says Weinstein raped her as well as from actress Rosie Perez.
Also the jury requested to see texts to Weinstein from defense witness Paul Feldsher before ending their second day of deliberations.
